A video from ABC News shows an Asian man being attacked in New York City on Monday afternoon, with the suspect shouting in the street: "I'm gonna kill somebody." The perpetrator has not been caught, and police are looking to the public for help. The man also threatened other people on the street on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
