People from Xiamen, Fujian province enjoyed the old traditions of Dragon Boat Festival, which fell on Friday this year, at the city's landmark Kah Kee Park.
It's part of the two-day 2022 Cross-Straits Dragon Boat Race that wrapped up on the same day.
People competed with each other to make zongzi (traditional Chinese sticky rice dumplings), wear five-color strings around the wrist to prevent disease and bad luck, and tour a small market with various goods.
Children enjoyed themselves by making dragon boat models and played games like the ancient Chinese pastime of touhu – throwing arrows into wine pitchers.
Many locals came with families, and some staff members and visitors were even dressed up in hanfu – traditional Chinese apparel.
