Harbin ice dragon boat race attracts sightseers

Despite the extremely cold weather and strong winds on the frozen Songhua River, an intense ice dragon boat race attracted many residents and tourists in Harbin, Heilongjiang province on Tuesday.
Eight teams from the provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Henan, Shandong and the Inner Mongolia autonomous region participated in the contests, including a five-member race and a 12-member race on the 100-meter and 200-meter tracks.
