They selected Minhang District as pilot to set up militia chemical defense rescue unit. They also adopted measures to bring the professional training of militia detachment units into plans and in line with the principle of "highlighting the major items and implementing training separately" to make full use of the training base and exert the model role of the military chemical defense unit.
