這個(gè)周末干什么好呢？去看電影？去逛街？還是去公園？都可以，暫定公園吧。這種隨意的安排就是云朵計(jì)劃，可以隨時(shí)根據(jù)具體情況和心情而變動(dòng)，誰知道周末又有什么事呢？沒準(zhǔn)到時(shí)候懶得動(dòng)改成窩里蹲也說不定。

When you and someone else make arrangements to hang out but the plans are not officially made, therefore they can diminish like a cloud in the sky. This is called “cloud plan”.
你和某人安排了要一起出去玩，但沒有制定正式的計(jì)劃，也就是說你們的計(jì)劃隨時(shí)都可能像天上的云朵一樣隨風(fēng)飄散。這就是“云朵計(jì)劃”。
