On August 7, DRC President Li Wei met with Mr. Max Sieben Baucus, US Ambassador to China and other officials from the US Embassy. Both parties exchanged views on Sino-US trading relations, practice of comprehensively deepened reform programs since the 3rd Plenum of 18th Central Committee of CPC, and urbanization. Those present at the meeting were Mr. Hou Yongzhi, Director General of Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy; Dr. Ye Xingqing, Director General of Department of Agricultural Economy; Dr. Zhao Jinping, Director General of Department of Foreign Economic Relations; and Mr. Lan Weiban, Deputy Director General of Department of International Cooperation.
