Russian professor: Tianjin Port an example for rest of world

Nikita Lomagin, vice-rector for Government Relations and professor at the School of History, European University in St. Petersburg, Russia, praised Tianjin Port as "a window to the world" during the "World Mayors Dialogue · SCO Summit Cities" event on July 7. Visiting the Smart Zero-Carbon Terminal, he called it "an example for the rest of the world".
